With Coastal Virginia Cleaners, LLC, we believe in a cancellation policy and payment process that is fair, sensible and helpful to our customers and our business. So we have made this part simple and easy to understand for the both of us:
All appointments that are booked online require full, pre-payment of services using a credit or debit card at the time of scheduling services.
All appointments made by phone or for customers that do not want to pre-pay for services in advance may pay in person with a check or by cash after your cleaning services are completed on the day of your scheduled appointment.
Please note, there are no refunds for pre-payments or payments of any of our cleaning services but we do guarantee our services and will help to get your appointment rescheduled for the next available appointment if you need to cancel for any reason. To avoid the loss of any pre-payments in services due to full cancellations without any intention of getting your appointment rescheduled, please make sure of your cleaning needs for your home prior to booking your appointment with us online.
If you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment for any reason, simply call to let us know and we will reschedule your service for the next available appointment. We do request a 24 hour notice of cancellation because we build our schedule of appointments with all of our customers on a daily basis.
Also, because we guarantee our services, if you are not satisfied for any reason with any of our cleaning services, please let us know so we can make it right for you.
As a privately owned company that has efforts to maintain an operational schedule, we reserve the right to refuse services for multiple occurrences in cancellations of any rescheduled appointments (limit of 2 per initial booking).
